Easy 30 Day Return

We stand behind every piece of jewelry that comes out of our workshop. All of our pieces are handset, never machine stamped, and constructed with attention to each detail. We inspect each piece individually and offer a one-year manufacturing warranty that protects you against any defects. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, or decide not to keep your jewelry, we would be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

Return Policy

1. Please be aware that our items are made to order – which means we only produce after you place your order. If the item(s) has no quality problems, we will charge a 30% restocking fee for the refunds & returns.

2. RINGLAMOUR reserves the right to limit purchase activity or place limitations on returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous returns policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).

Exchange/Resize Policy

RINGLAMOUR will charge a 20% workforce fee based on the order price for any item exchange or resizing requests. This fee covers the cost of our skilled craftspeople and their time spent on these services, which are offered to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.

Cancellation Policy

All made-to-order items will be sent to production within 6 hours after we receive the payment. Each made-to-order item is customized based on your own preference. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 30% material and processing fee. Make sure to verify the items you are ordering and your shipping information prior to placing your order. Customized or engraved items and the rings with custom sizes will not be accepted for cancellation after 24 hours.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. In the event that you need to return an item, we ask that you contact RINGLAMOUR to obtain authorization before sending it back. This will help ensure that your return is processed quickly and efficiently.

2.Please note that any requests for returns or resizing must be made within 30 days of the original order's receipt.

3. Kindly note that all items need to be returned in their original condition, without any scratches or signs of wear, and should not be resized or altered in any manner.

4. Please be advised that items without a jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

5. Please note that the Moissanite report must accompany the item. If the report is missing, a replacement certificate fee of 5% of the item charge will be assessed.

6. When returning, exchanging or resizing items, customers must use a shipping method that can be tracked. Any returns or resizing requests sent without a tracking method will not be processed.

7. when returning items, any free gifts received must be included in the return shipment. Failure to include the free gifts will result in the retail price of the gift being deducted from the refund amount.

Note:

1. We kindly ask that you do not remove the jewelry tag until you are certain that you want to keep your item. The tag is not required to be removed for ring sizing purposes. The thread used is extremely thin and will not affect the fit of the ring.

2. Please do not send your return to the address listed on the package, as it is not our return address. Doing so may cause delays or issues with the processing of your return. Please contact our customer service team for assistance in locating the correct return address.

Refund

1.Once we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance team will inspect and verify the condition of the returned item. Inspection time may take up to three (3) business days. Once the inspection is complete, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

2.Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Orders shipped to USA destinations are eligible for Easy Return Shipping. This means that RINGLAMOUR will reimburse customers $30 for the return shipping fee via store credit for any return or exchange service. For orders shipped to international destinations, customers have 30 days to return the item, but they are responsible for the return shipping expenses.
